- Manage and operate ERP System for Sale, HR , Finance,
Accounting Dept ( Microsoft Dynamic, Retailigence (Singapor's System) , Lemon 3,Mango ERP). Create guide document for system by multi language(English, Vietnamese).
- Manage and operate LAN/WAN network system serving and ensure system work stability.
- Management for the HP, IBM Workstation/ Server using Windows Server 2003/2008, Linux Server.
- Configuration Management and Performance Management for Server and Network system policies.
- Perform analysis and troubleshooting to ensure system stability, security, and availability. Suggest and provide IT solutions to business and management problems.
- Plan, research, and implement future IT developments and undertake network and system projects.
- Work closely with the IT manager and weekly report to IT Manager directly.
- Make plan,guiding a team of IT executives to achieve IT department tasks.
- Manage staff, users and management request with the IT executives early as possible.
- Communicate with relevant 3rd party companies regarding the application and software issues and new/renewals of licenses.
- Develop training materials and procedures, and/or train users in the proper use of applications and hardware.
- Coordinate with staff, users, and management to establish requirements for new systems or modifications.
- Deploy,install,configure, troubleshoot network infrastructure such as Cisco
Router, Switch, Firewall.
